ü 4-7yrs of HR generalist with strong people management background | |
ü Experience in IR/ Contract Labour Management | |
ü Conversant in statutory laws and SAP- HCM | |
ü Excellent communication skills | |

ü Monthly MIS reporting and cost control. | |
ü Project Accounting & Financial control | |
ü Reporting cost of Production and Analysis. | |
ü Preparation of Annual Budget. | |
ü Getting monthly audits done. | |
ü Capex Approvals, Analysis and control. | |
Desired Skills and Experience: | |
ü ICWA passed all the groups in 1st attempt | |
ü Ist Division throughout without any year gaps. (Only 1 yr gap between XIIth and Graduation or Graduation and Post Graduation is allowed) | |
ü 4-7yrs of Experience in handling MIS & Audit of a business unit | |
ü Flexible to work in unit locations. | |
