Responsibilities:
• | Prepare energy account (calculation of energy) on weekly basis |
• | Billing and reconciliation of energy sent out with SLDC |
• | Monthly Billing, based on data of units sent out and SLDC weekly reconciled statement, to the beneficiaries and also arrange for security of payment as per the norms |
• | Power scheduling, Energy accounting preparation |
• | Preparation and entering in contracts for sale of power |
• | Provisions of Power purchase Agreements with Beneficiaries |
• | O&M Generation plan and Planned Maintenance Schedule |
• | Adhere to CERC and GERC guidelines |
• | Prepare Generation Schedule (Declared Capacity) |
• | Communication with RLDC/SLDC and with beneficiaries |
• | Submission of schedule of maintenance and planned outage for the year in advance to the RPC as well as RLDC. |
• | Monitor and comply with regulatory requirements as notified from time to time by CERC/GERC |
• | Declare the daily generation schedule to the Regional/State Load Dispatch Centre based on inputs |
• | given by the O&M regarding technical capacity of the plant and Fuel group assessment regarding availability of fuel daily basis |
• | Annual Generation target reports and LGBR reports on quarterly basis to WRPC and CEA |
• | Meter Details report to GETCO and SLDC |
• | Any other generation details report as desired by various
